The 3 bedroomed self-contained property is on the upper storey of a two storey house. It is ideally located if you are seeking a relaxing, quiet retreat that represents the island, whilst being close enough to have easy access to all the local amenities you’d need to fully enjoy your stay – beaches, supermarket, PAYG gym, restaurants.

The main road is a few minutes’ walk from the property and has regular buses that can take you to the nearest beach and town centre. However, to really experience what the island has to offer, hiring a car to get around is recommended. We have worked with some competetive and reliable car hire companies if you want one - so dont hesitate to ask. And if you do have a car, there is free On Property parking.

Working remotely? No problem, the home is equipped with hi speed fibre broadband internet. The home has a 65 inch HD Smart TV so you will be able to fully enjoy all your favourite apps and streaming services on the big screen.

Whilst the outside of the property is still a work in progress, this will in no way lessen the wow factor as you walk through the doors and see just why the property is called Art House. The spacious home that will greet you is all on one level, so perfect for those who may have mobility issues.

All bedrooms contain Super King beds which can be unzipped to form 6 true single beds, so the place can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.

While there is currently no air conditioning, all the bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans and Portable Air Coolers which once water and a frozen ice pack is added (provided) will keep the rooms cool. The property also has several powerful free-standing fans. A combination of all these cooling apparatus will ensure a comfortable cool temperature.

In addition the property is naturally breezy due to it's higher elevation, which you can enjoy along with a pleasant view from a choice of two verandas. We recommend taking advantage of the cooler air especially at night by opening windows. The security windows have mesh covers to keep out all unwanted flies and ensure only the cool breeze joins you inside.

The property is fully furnished with all the necessary comforts and features of modern living including hot water, washing machine and dryer and a kitchen with fridge/ freezer and full inventory of crockery, cutlery, drinkware, pots and other cooking utensils.

Please note that there is currently no back up generator at the property. Power outages are thankfully rare, however they can occur and could last up to an hour so your understanding is appreciated.
