Overall the stay was comfortable. However, there appeared to be some pest issues. It does give an older house that got remodeled. I would say cleanliness can be improved and maybe spraying for insects. The outside, backyard was a little underwhelming. I think having some outside furniture or a small grill would definitely enhance things.
