• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If golfcart was issued, returen keys to original lockbox
Do Not take any items from the house that you didn't bring with you
Notify Host of Checkout by 10:00am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Golfcart will be issued once the usage agreement has been signed and guests will have to provide a valid Drivers License and proof of insurance.
