The apartment itself was tidy, the property less so- overflowing trash and an intense smell of old cigarettes. We had no hot water for the 3rd night of the stay and intermittent issues with the outlets working properly. The biggest issue however was the 4th floor walkup with no other way to get up to the room. All of our luggage up and down, and then anytime we needed to leave- another up and down. The holdings company cannot control certain things which I understand, and due to the length of the stay and prepaying it was easier to grin and get through it, but next time we're just going to get a hotel.
