Thanks for staying with us. The basement space does tend to run a bit cooler, which is why the owner provided three electric heaters for guest use, including electric fireplaces in the bedroom and living room and a small portable heater in the bathroom. The owners really appreciate your feedback and will make a note for future guests.

Midwest family visit

This was such a nice place to stay. It was so clean and spacious. We loved all the decor. They also provided throw blankets. Everything was perfect.

Cute Spot Near the Airport

The basement apartment is very nicely done and had everything we needed for a week long stay. I worked from the apt one day and had plenty of WiFi. We didn’t plan to cook so the kitchenette wasn’t a problem. We would stay again!

This space is so comfy and cute. It has a great yard. The unit is decorated so cute and was really comfortable. We slept great. All of our questions and requests were answered by text very promptly. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would definitley stay again. Thank you!!!

Excellent Experience

My wife and I had a great time at this location. Easy access to downtown through close public transportation. Great location for quiet rest indoors or a short bus trip or drive to walk around downtown. On our last day we had an unforeseeable weather related incident and the owner went above and beyond to help us out in our situation.It was an excellent experience and I would recommend without hesitation!

Very convenient, comfortable, welcoming. The kitchenette is great for breakfast or lunch. There are multiple options (small appliances) that allow hot food preparation. We recommend a fan for the bedroom for those that like a cool sleep experience. The basement location was very private, there are about 12 narrow stairs to navigate.We would definitely consider staying again on our next vacation to MKE.

Nice for a short stay

This was an overall good experience. There were a couple minor problems, but the property manager responded quickly. The location was very close to Milwaukee destinations, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I was worried being in a basement would feel like a dungeon. But it had large window wells with functioning casement windows that allowed natural light. Very nice.
