The house has two floors and was recently renovated to the highest standards of comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living/dining room (comfortable sitting area, flat-screen TV, large dining table, Wi-Fi), the open kitchen, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. The dining area opens onto the terrace (with a patio umbrella, dining table, and lounge chair) and the pool (5 m x 3 m, depth 1.50 m). From there, you’ll enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards and the Luberon Mountains with their hilltop villages.<br><br>On the ground floor are the three lovingly decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a television, and a private shower room with a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, and the third with two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds. The two bedrooms share a shower room. There is also a separate toilet on this level.<br><br>Practical Information:<br><br>The TVs receive satellite channels. You can park your car right in front of the house. Well-behaved small dogs are welcome. In Joucas, you’ll find a bakery (you can walk there to buy your baguette), a supermarket, restaurants, and art galleries.
