This 3-bedroom, 1-bath home features spacious kitchen and living areas, a full laundry room, and a covered porch with outdoor dining. You’ll also have boat parking with a charging hook-up—perfect for lake days and weekend getaways. A large stocked pond sits on the property as well, ideal for a little fishing or a quiet morning by the water. PLEASE NOTE: the pond is unfenced and children should not be left unattended near the water.
