Modern apartment (67 m²) with a south-facing balcony and a view of the mountains

Spend your holiday in our cosy, comfortably furnished holiday home in a quiet, sunny, yet central location in Klingenbrunn near the national park. Views of the Rachel and Lusen mountains included. The modernly designed upstairs holiday apartment is approximately 67 square meters.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, dishes, and kitchen appliances (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker). In the cosy living room with a couch, you can relax after an eventful day of excursions. From the living room and kitchen, you can step out onto our sunny south-facing balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom, featuring a sink, bathtub (with showerhead), and toilet, completes the comfortable living experience. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included. Smokers are welcome, but are asked not to smoke inside the apartment (also due to the smoke detectors installed in the building!). Extra beds and cots are available upon request for an additional fee. Children and house-trained pets are warmly welcome by arrangement and for an additional fee! Wi-Fi is available upon request for a fee. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival; other payment methods are possible upon prior agreement. A one-time security deposit of 50 EUR per apartment or 100 EUR for the entire house (when booking both holiday apartments) will be charged. This deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after final cleaning, provided there is no damage. Should any damage occur during the rental period, it will be deducted from the security deposit. Key pickup takes place on-site by arrangement. Payment arrangements are made at the time of booking. Bicycle and ski storage are available. Since the owner does not live on-site, tenants must clear snow themselves in winter and spread grit on the pavement and car park. Snow shovels and grit are provided. Please note that the holiday home cannot be booked as a venue for celebrations, bachelor/hen nights, or parties (of any kind)! Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-in times can also be arranged flexibly by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. House-trained pets are welcome upon request. Pets/dogs are charged separately at 8.00 euros per night. Wi-Fi can be booked for a fee upon request. A security deposit of 50.00 euros is payable upon booking. If you also book our other holiday rental (upper floor), the security deposit is 100 EUR for the entire house (both holiday rentals). A cot and high chair can be added for a one-time surcharge of 20 EUR for the entire stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like these items. The visitor’s tax is 2.50 EUR for adults and 1.25 EUR for children (ages 6–17); children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
