This is our family's second home so we offer it to other families when we are not here. Oceano is a fun, safe, uncrowded California coastal community. We love to run, hike, and walk so we often walk on the beach to the 2 miles north to Pismo Beach. Great fun for kids and families!

Why they chose this property

We love the sand, and this house is just far enough to keep the sand from blowing in the house on a windy day. We have seen dolphins and whales while walking on the beach, frolicking in the ocean! People fish, surf, wind surf, and Jet Ski in Oceano!

What makes this property unique

This home is updated and totally remodeled. It's very clean and easy to settle into.
