What an amazing place to explore Istria, central location within 30 minutes drive of all you could want and straight on to the train line if you prefer ( which we did to Pula for a day trip). All attractions easy to book online with lots to do, including the fort owned by the family of the property which also hosts a medievil dinner on thursday nights all involving the family and locals which is a must for a great night of food and entertainment. The house is well kept and fully stocked with all utensils and items you could want for your stay including towels, tea towels and adequate seating. As a party of 10 with age ranges from 9 to 67 we found lots to do from playing pool, table tennis and even chess to going down the slide in the pool which was a great hit with the young ones and a few of the older ones :). Igor as the manager was great very quick to answer questions via this site and with a few of our group who arrived early by plane taking them out for a drink and sorting them out a take away for the first night as we were delayed driving across Europe. The family who own the property take care of the cleaning and general running of the villa and were so good on the morning of our check out, when loading my car for the 1300 mile drive home i had a flat tyre and within 45 minutes he had come taken my tyre away and returned with it fixed. All i can add is what a great time we had at this villa and the area of Istria Croatia and how lovely all the people are that we met. thank you for a great holiday

This villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is situated in a small village near Svenvincenat. The owners were perfect hosts and they had thought of lots of little details. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The villa is perfectly placed for visiting the local places of interest such ad Rovinj, Porec and Pula and the coast is only a short drive away. You do need a car go get around and there are lots of little places to visit too. We had a lovely time and would love to return sometime.

This is a fantastic house in a quiet and beautiful location with amazing views across the hills. We failed to read the website properly and did not realise that we did not speak the same languages as our hosts. In spite of this, they showed us unfailing kindness and generosity throughout our stay, including driving out to show us where to go when we got lost and providing a delicious platter of food for our first evening. The fresh figs and honey were both fantastic extras. Two terraces with both sun and shade throughout the day ensured we could make the most of the outdoor areas and the barbecue. The location is excellent for anyone looking to explore Istria and a lot of information on what to do in the area was available in the house. We would very highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful break. Also, the very friendly yellow dog who lives at the far end of the property is absolutely adorable - we would happily adopt him! We had a wonderful two weeks at the house and would like to thank our hosts very much for their hospitality and for making our holiday so enjoyable.

This is a well equipped house( 2 appartments) upper one with a lovely balcony for breakfast whilst teenagers still sleeping down below). Good pool and outside space for bbq and eating. Short walk into old Labin , we were lucky to be there for their festival night, classical concert in the church and did some wine tasting. 10k to Svete Marina for swimming, paddle boarding, taking out a small boat and beachside eating. Big supermarkets in new Labin, down the hill also good small local market. Host was helpful, house very clean and lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. They brought us figs from local neighbour. Highly recommend
