Make sure all outdoor furniture cushions are put back in the deck box.
Make sure all windows are shut and air conditioning is off in all rooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fires or fire pits to be used anywhere on the property. No parking in the street or cul-de-sac.All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.
Please dispose of ALL trash properly. NO SMOKING. Clean up after your animals Please properly secure the gates and close when you leave.
Please refrain from entering onto any of the neighbors property No fireworks It is recommended to have Vans fish camp launch your boat.

Very nice and clean house with plenty of space just a minute from the beach. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and had all we needed for a fun weekend at the lake. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and offered help if needed.

We stayed three nights and couldn't be happier! The home was as described with all cooking essentials. The home is clean and has all new fixtures and furnishings. We loved the fully fenced yard for our dog with tons of room to run and the Blackstone for cooking out. The game room was great for our teens, living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable for movies and hanging out. Private beach access was so fun (some soft sandy areas, bring your trucks!). We absolutely recommend this property and will be back!

Bill was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. House was clean and had most everything we needed. We had a great time as families gathering for the weekend. We were also very happy that the house is pet friendly! Our dog loves the lake as much as we do.
