Beautiful new condo property in an upcoming condo rental block. Gorgeous views at this top floor level! We did not miss having a hot tub in the unit as it was just down the hall and up the stairs to the two roof hot tubs that were rarely used by anyone. The floor units with hot tubs do not have much of a view with surrounding buildings. The area had everything you would need on ground level: a little playground, coffee shop, little grocery store, liquor store, brewery and restaurant as well as some stores. Unit was well stocked and clean, would just recommend adding a wagon to carry things to and from garage as there are no luggage carts (we were able to borrow one from another unit).

I made the reservation - 1 week prior to my trip - and then the next day hurt my knee. I know I had agreed to no refund policy but cannot adequately review as I never made it there. We are VRBO owners as well and if something like this happens we always give at least 50% back. So losing like 4000 was disappointing but that was the contract I signed. Better customer relations would be at least a small refund.
