To make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, here's what to know:



📌 Security Deposit

A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.

This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

Check-in instructions are released once the deposit is completed.



🪪 Guest Verification Requirement

• Photo ID is required for all adult guests staying in the unit.

• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.

• International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.



This verification is required by building management in order to grant access to the property, so all steps must be completed prior to check-in.



All guest information is handled securely through the third-party verification service and is not shared with the host or management team.

You'll receive secure access instructions and a unique code once your verifications are completed .

Use the building fob from the lockbox or the access link to enter the property, common areas, and elevator.

• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.

A non-recording noise device helps maintaining quiet hours between 10 PM – 7 AM.

Washer & dryer located inside the unit with complimentary detergent starter packs.

✔️ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee per stay

✔️ Stays 7+ days: $50 pet fee per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $100 pet fee per stay

✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit

✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated
