Had a last second trip to San Diego and as soon as I landed I contacted them to confirm if I book the unit I would be able to still check in same day and without any issues. Quick response and even let us check in early to drop off my luggage. So I can say the whole communication from this team is 100% what you hope for as a guest.The unit it self is quite nice. Unlike many STR profiles, the photos always look better than the actual product. This place really felt and looked exactly how it showed.The check in is a little more work, but directions are spot on to get the FOBs from the keybox, then to the underground garage with 2 stalls. The parking is actually far from the elevator I would recommend taking to the unit, but not horrible. You'll need a solid 5 min from the unit to the garage parking space planned in if you need to make an appointment. Elevators are super fast and for the most part the building is secured.Rented the 3 br unit and all rooms had comfortable King beds and 50" size tv's in all rooms. Primary BR had a good size shower, the 2nd bath was spacious as well with tub, full size washer/dryer, high-top cafe style dining table for 6 and nice gas stove kitchen setup. Minimal kitchen setup but you can get some basic cooking accomplished. Coffee maker is dual drip carafe and coffee pod maker. Clean Corner unit, didn't see/use amenities, could be considered loud for light sleepers due to street noise. 5 STARS for what I like and need in a rentals.
