We loved Kat’s Kabana! It was a perfect spot for our anniversary getaway - the property was stocked with everything we needed and it felt like home for a few days. Carlton Landing was even better than advertised - we will be returning sooner than later!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay. The house is perfectly situated where you can enjoy walking to the lake, pools, coffee, pop up shops and more. The house had everything you would need to make it a home away from home! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

The property was unfortunately not very comfortable. The rubber gym style flooring had a noticeable odor that made it difficult to fully enjoy the space.Having stayed in over 25 properties in Carlton Landing, this one did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect and would rank at the bottom of my experiences.

Perfect Getaway Place!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kats Korner! It’s nice to be able to stay in Carlton Landing and hard to find something that accommodates just two people. It was very well stocked with anything you might need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Kat's Kabana was perfect for us. We stayed as a family of 4 including 2 adults, a 4 year old and 6 year old over Memorial Day weekend. The kids slept together on the Murphy bed and the my husband and I slept in the king bed that was blocked off from the rest of the rental by a partition. There is also a pull out couch across from the Murphy bed we could have used. I think this was the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed at. We brought food to cook all of our meals and all the utensils, bowls, cookware, measuring cups, etc. we needed were right there. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer and they even provide beach towels. There's a Keurig and a coffee pot. They really thought of everything. The location of the rental is perfect and close to everything. We didn't realize until too late that many people rent golf carts to get around but even with 2 young kids, we didn't have any trouble walking to where we wanted to go. We went to the beach every day and the kids enjoyed that so much we didn't even end up going to the pools. We got gelato and snow cones down by the water and had the best time. In the late afternoon we'd go back to the rental to rest and cool off and we watched a movie on one of DVDs or Netflix that were provided. We did have an issue with the hot water but someone was there to check it out literally minutes after I contacted the host. They kept us informed the entire time and the host was extremely responsive to the issue. We would definitely stay here again and had a lovely stay together.
