This spacious holiday home offers a vacation in close proximity to the beach. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright living room with a wide window front and a view of the greenery, as well as a fireplace. The separate kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation, such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A shower-bath with sauna, as well as a wide surrounding terrace complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and sea view, and one with two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and a crib. Additionally, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is available for you in the utility room. We provide a children's travel cot and high chair free of charge. Garden furniture is available for you on the terrace. Two parking spaces are available at the house. No smoking!!! No pets!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nur die Anliegerstraße (Spielstraße) zu den weiteren Ferien..

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nur die Anliegerstraße (Spielstraße) zu den weiteren Ferienhäusern führt vorbei. Das Grundstück um das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, der Carport ist geräumig und auch für die Unterstellung der Fahrräder geeignet. Die Einrichtung und die Raumaufteilung des Ferienhauses gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und freundlich. Es gefällt durch seine Großzügigkeit, die gemütliche Couchecke, sein Echtholzparkett und der sehr gute Kaminofen hat abends eine angenehme Wärme gespendet. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es gibt jedoch Verbesserungsmöchlichkeiten, z.B. Besteck, Backblech im Herd, Geschirrspüler (keine Beschreibung der Programme). Die beiden Schlafräume und das Bad im OG sind sehr gut, mit ausreichend Schrankraum und Mückenschutz am Fenster. Nur eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit an den Gaubenfenstern wäre schön. Die Terrassenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Holz müßte saniert werden. Auch das Holz an den Ausgängen zur Terrasse ist defekt und nicht besonders trittsicher. Der Sonnenschirm war leicht defekt. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich zu zugewandt. Die Buchung hat gut geklappt. Das Ferienhaus an sich war sehr schön, aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Was wir vermisst haben: 1. Liegestühle im Garten / 2. ein Tablett, denn wir mussten zum Essen draußen alles einzeln raustregen / 3. Badvorleger, es gab in beiden Bädern keinen. 4. Zwei dünne Wolldecken, damit man sich abends auf dem Sofa einkuscheln kann. Es gab keine einzige Wolldecke. Der Kühlschrank war auf 4 Grad eingestellt als wir kamen. Wir haben auch ohne Anleitung herausgefunden wie man ihn höher einstellt. Aber selbst bei 8 Grad waren die Dinge, die im Kühlschrank unten lagen, immer angefroren. Eine Anleitung des Geschirrspülers zu den verschiedenen Programmen gab es nicht. Und angesichts der wirklich sehr großen Mückenplage (einmal nachts mehr als 20 in einem Zimmer getötet), wären Insektengitter zumindest vor den Terrassentüren und jeweils einem Schlafzimmerfenster mehr als angebracht. Wir haben dann die nächste Nacht in stiickiger Luft versucht zu schlafen, was auch nicht schön war.

Der Außensitzbereich war nicht sauber (Stühle schmutzig), und im Garten ist leider teils pieksendes Unkraut, sodass barfußlaufen keinen Spaß macht. Das ist aber jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung war toll - insbesondere das Kinderbett, der Carport, die Sauna, die Badewanne und die Spielesammlung. Schade, dass es nächsten Sommer schon ausgebucht ist!

Achtung: Im kleinen Schlafzimmer hat sich an den großen Außentüren im unteren Bereich die Farbe gelöst. Das Holz hat bereits Schaden genommen. Sollte umgehend bei geeigneten Temperaturen bearbeitet werden.
