Apt. OASE - Cozy living 500 meters from the natural beach

The double bedroom can accommodate 2 people. Another small bedroom with a bunk bed is ideal for children. Cozy living room with TV/DVD/radio and a pretty dining area in a small bay window. The new kitchenette with stove with induction ceramic hob, Kokmbi oven with microwave as well as dishwasher, waffle iron, espresso machine and other accessories leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun from midday onwards. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.

Travel Cot and high chair are available for our little guests.

There is a parking space at the house and free WiFi.

Non-smoking apartment!!! Dogs are very welcome!

Dafür, dass Hunde erlaubt sind, dürfen sie allerdings nirgendwo frei laufen! Wir haben einen äußerst gut erzogenen Hund, der hört wenn man ihn ruft! Das Gelände am Gollwitz Park ist schön, allerdings dürfen auch diese Flächen nicht mit dem Hund betreten werden. Vollkommen unverständlich, es waren auch Bänke da. Der Strand war ok, allerdings nichts für geruchsempfindliche Nasen. Sehr schlickig zum laufen. Wenn es windstill ist, dann riecht es ecklig. Anlage liegt sehr abseits.

Leider versäumen es einige Menschen, die Eingangstür (sehr) spät abends ruhig zu schließen. In der Nachbarwohnung wurde der Hund unbeaufsichtigt laufen gelassen und stand mit einem Mal bellend vor unserer Terassentür. So sind sie leider, die Menschen. Ihrerseits war Alles in Ordnung. Ein paar mehr Steckdosen vielleicht, war jetzt aber für 2 Personen ok. Schöne Grüße

Es war mal wieder ein sehf schöner Urlaub bei euch. Vielen Dank dafür. Auf bestehende Mängel wurde schnell reagiert(Freiliegendes stromführendes Kabel bei der Gehwegbeleuchtung am Spielplatz und fehlendes WLAN in Haus 4). Für die Wohnung OASE wurde extra ein neuer Repeater beschafft, was eine sehr gute WLan abdeckung brachte, jedoch stand dann immer(kein Internetzugang) bei der Verbindung. Da sich der Urlaub dem Ende neigte, war es für uns aber nicht mehr so wichtig. Also ins WLAN kamen wir dann aber der Router kam wohl nicht ins Internet, wafum auch immer. Egal die Ausstattung war gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Viel Dank, gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement, schwierige Anreise

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage auch super. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erstmal fremden Müll entsorgen. Der Kaffeemaschine fehlte der Deckel… Allerdings war unsere Anreise mit dem Zug und Bus sehr umständlich, da wir erst den Schlüssel im schwarzen Busch abholen mussten und dann kein Bus mehr nach Gollwitz fuhr, Dh wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Obwohl ich die Agentur vorab gefragt hatte ob die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problematisch sei, wurde uns nicht kommuniziert, dass eine Schlüsselübergabe auch im Appartement (gegen Aufpreis) möglich ist. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kosten auch extra ebenso wie Toilettenpapier und Putzutensilien, was den ursprünglichen Preis in die Höhe schnellen lässt.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Von Buchung, Zahlung, Check-in bis zum verlassen des Objektes alles reibungslos. Auch der Aufenthalt war in dem voll ausgestatteten Appartement wunderbar.
