About this property

Apt. KNURRHAHN - dream apartment with partial harbor views!

This luxury holiday apartment over 2 levels with approx. 56 m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.

A beautiful living room with an open kitchen with dining area as well as a balcony that faces the harbor and a guest toilet await you on the first level!

Two bedrooms in the attic, one with a double bed, one with two single beds under sloping walls and a bathroom with shower allow up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!

There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.

A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.

In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Wir waren zum 1. Mal hier und es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hätten den Wunsch, das Gesellschaftsspiele, CD vorhanden wären, zumal diese in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen der Wohnung aufgelistet sind. Auch eine Wachstuchdecke, Kerzenständer f. den Balkon würden die Einrichtung der Wohnung verschönern. Vielen Dank an die freundl. PAS-Mitarbeiter.

Wir hatten ein Gäste-WC, aber leider keine Handtücher dafür im Wäschepaket! Die Zeit für Schlüsselabgabe mit bis 10h ist nicht Urlauberfreundlich! Hatten wir bis jetzt noch in keiner Ferienwohnung! Vielleicht kann man das auf 11 h ändern! Die Kopfkissen sind schon etwas klumpig! Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt , war eine gelungene Wahl!
