The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
The living area is approximately 60 square metres, and the accompanying outdoor area covers about 200 square metres.
You’ll enter through the hallway, from which you can access all rooms. These include the children’s bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm) and the living/bedroom with two sofas and a large double bed (180x200). Furthermore, the hallway also leads to the kitchen and the beautiful bathroom with a walk-in, open shower.
The spacious garden is accessible from the kitchen and visible from the living room.
The garden is equipped with outdoor seating and a sandpit.

The holiday rental is centrally located yet quiet (at the end of a cul-de-sac), right in the heart of Norddeich. You can park your car on the property. The local Netto supermarket is just a stone’s throw away. The well-known seal sanctuary is also only a few minutes’ walk away.

The visitor’s tax of €3.50 per night for guests aged 14 and older is billed separately.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hob, oven, and fridge-freezer.
Plenty of dishes and silverware are provided.

The use of bed linens and towels is included in the final price.
Costs for gas, water, and electricity are also included.

The visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per day must be paid in cash to the landlord upon arrival and will then be remitted to the tourist office.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
