Nestled in scenic Farmersville, TX, our cozy retreat sleeps 2, featuring a cozy one bedroom. Enjoy a serene fishing pond just steps away and Lavon Lake nearby for boating, fishing, and beautiful lakeside views. Explore Farmersville's local shops, cafes, and historic charm. All of the ranch amenities are available to you. Club House with ping pong, pool table, 5 TVs, and so much more. Feed the chickens, ducks, goats, alpacas. Enjoy the tree bar at sunset. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1: Leave thermostat on 72. 2: Place used towels and linens in the shower. 3: Remove your trash.
4: If there is a dishwasher please load it then start it before you leave. 5: If there is not a dishwasher, we would appreciate you washing, drying and putting away kitchen items you have used.
6: Store away the games and or toys that you enjoyed. ***Most Important: We hope you have had a wonderful time. Please take care and travel safely.
