Decent location with easy access, but unfortunately, the property was very worn down and did not reflect the pictures shown in the listing. The overall condition was disappointing, and the kitchen sink disposal did not work, leaving the sink unable to drain properly. Based on the condition of the property and the issues encountered, experience fell short of expectations.
