The third bedroom also has a sitting area and a piano. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs. There is a powder room in the main living space for convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout the home. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace. There is a formal dining room and a second table in the living room that seats 4 people. A large, 400 square foot bonus room is upstairs with 2 sofas and a 65-inch smart television. There is also an exercise bike and dedicated workspace with desk upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a coffee bar. There is a laundry room downstairs with a full-size washer and dryer.
