Great base camp for a family

The location was convenient for many RMNP and Estes Park activities. The condo and hot tub were nice, and the maintenance staff were very responsive and helpful for one request we had.

Check-in was very easy, were sent to me the day before. Unit had everything we needed. We did not cook in the unit. It did appear as if everything was there if I had wanted to. It was very convenient having the one bathroom open to the second bedroom and the living area. We used the blowup mattress for the five year-old and had plenty of room.

Absolutely loved the property. My only real complaint is WiFi didn’t work at all. When I called to get help on Friday night it took over 25 minutes on the phone and still no WiFi I never heard back

The view was amazing and beds comfortable. The lock on the sliding door was missing and they had a stick to lock the door. Cabinet under sink was off hinges. Lights out in both bathrooms. Carpet stains. Hard to get in and out hot tub for seniors.
