The condo is thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind—there are no steps to enter or move around inside, ensuring ease for everyone. This unit will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Window Unit Air Conditioning in both bedrooms The on site, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cozy meals in. Local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities are just minutes away, making this the perfect home base for your mountain vacation

Beautiful area. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms were great. The kitchen well stocked. Nice furniture, comfortable beds. Space was small but efficient beside not pulling out the kitchen table. Very well maintained.

Convenient location, clean, and owner communicated directions well and responded quickly when we notified them of a toaster malfunction. Kitchen was equipped with the basics, although the knives were not very sharp and there was no colander.

Great property close to Estes and RMNP! Just as pictured and described. Important perks not listed: great water quality (I did bring a filter water pitcher and used it but the water straight from the tap tasted great and made good coffee). Impressive water pressure from both showers and very comfortable beds with extra pillows! All necessary soaps and things provided. Pool and hot tub were both plenty warm (in July) despite cooler nights. Great home base for our national park family vacation. Be sure to check out Lily Lake 5 min south- beautiful part of the park and we visited multiple times- super convenient and great sunsets!

Excellent communication and very responsive to all questions. The pans had food on them, as if a previous guest used them and put them back in the cabinet without washing or rinsing. We opted to hand wash everything before use as a result. Everything else was wonderful and I highly recommend the property and management company.

First of all, we had trouble unlocking and locking the door. The cabin was so small that there was no room for a kitchen table, room for only 3 people to sit in the living room unless they wanted to sit at the bar. We are a cardplaying family so this was a disappointment. The tv didn't work properly or at least we had trouble getting it to work. The hair dryer didn't work in one bathroom and the other dryer only worked for a little while then shut itself off. The air conditioner in the front bedroom did not work properly. We were hot than cold than hot again!! A pool was advertised but we could not find it. Good thing it was cool outside, so we didn't want to use it.All in all, we were very disappointed and would not recommend anyone booking this unit!!

Was clean. Small repairs needed. TV in bedroom did not work. Ceiling fan and light had issues and notified manager. They came out to check but Not repaired while we were there. Both toilets ran constantly and electrical outlet repaired with duct tape.

The condo was clean and the location was excellent for seeing EP. The a/c and other appliances were great. Problems: no screens on the front bedroom and living room windows; the bedroom with the ceiling fan did not work; mattresses were not that comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
