In Njivice, a beautiful place on the island of Krk, you will find this stylishly furnished semi-detached house. The house is located in a terraced area on a slope, from which you have a beautiful panoramic view of the blue sea. The house includes the first floor and the second floor and a beautiful roof terrace with sundeck and pool. The entrance to the house is located at the back of the building, where there are two parking spaces. The garden is fenced and is located on the same level as the first floor, where there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue with space for outdoor meals. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. On the roof terrace you will find a poolside lounge area and a deck with sun loungers. All indoor and outdoor details and equipment have been carefully designed to make your stay in serenity and relaxation.
