About the host
Hosted by Mariam and Gabriel Browne
We are natives of Northern New Mexico, and have lived in Santa Fe for almost 30 years. We have raised our kids here, we love this town. We also love to travel, and when we had the opportunity we created what we thought was the perfect short term rental for couples or families.
Why they chose this property
This building was built in the 1880's by a family who farmed the land below all the way down to the river. We bought the property in 2012, and remodeled it to make the perfect short term rental for couples of families trying to find the authentic historic Santa Fe vibe. San Acacio is the walking street in the neighborhood, as you stroll along you'll meet old, young, and a few friendly dogs on leashes. Canyon road, the center of Santa Fe's art scene is a block away.
What makes this property unique
The two feet thick original adobe walls, brick floors soaring vaulted ceilings. Completely renovated for the best in modern appointments & finishes. Radiant floor heat from the beautiful brick floors, mini-split air conditioners to keep you cool in the summer. A complete an comfortable working kitchen.
