This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom townhome has been recently remodeled with clean lines, neutral tones, and coastal-inspired finishes. At approximately 700 square feet, the space is ideal for couples or small families seeking a peaceful beach getaway. Best suited for up to 4 adults or 2 adults with children. Please note this is an open loft and floorplan, no doors on rooms.

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, along with everyday essentials to make meal preparation easy. Amenities include plastic dishware for beach use, a coffee maker, blender, and popcorn maker.

Laundry
A full-size stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway near the bathroom.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to a private patio with seating for four — a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening coastal air.

Pool & Community Amenities
Guests have access to the community pool, BBQ grills, and picnic tables.
Pool is heated March through October.

Parking
One vehicle maximum per reservation
• One vehicle may park directly in front of the unit or in any open Sea Cabins space
• Only one parking pass is issued
• Additional vehicles will be towed
HOA does not allow golf carts, trailers, RVs, or boats

Safety & Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge the presence of stairs and a community swimming pool. By booking, guests accept all risks associated with use of these features.

Spring Break Policy

The primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Violations will result in removal without refund.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire townhome, excluding a locked owner’s closet. The private beach access gate code will be provided prior to arrival.
Due to the size of the home and HOA regulations, we recommend no more than 6 adults.

Use at your own risk. Hosts are not responsible for injuries.
