Close to UE, USI, Ford Center, casinos, zoo, hospitals, and plenty of shopping. Within an hours drive are historic and artisan New Harmony, New Harmony State Park, Santa Claus, IN with Holiday World Splash and Safari, the elegant West Baden Hotel in French Lick, IN along with wine tasting in that area.

We have been traveling to the Evansville-area for several plus years to attend events and this property is our new favorite. We have stayed near the downtown and locations west, but this location is wonderful. Easy access to Evansville and located on a large multi-acre property that is quiet and relaxing, especially when sharing time around the fire pit or the very warm, comfy and inviting gas fire place in the living room. Modern appliances through-out an absolutely charming house. I’m sure we will return to Evansville for future events and this location will be the first on our list of the most desirable of digs to put our feet up to decompress and relax when visiting.
