Horizon: Exclusive vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea with a sauna, ocean views, and close to the beach

The Horizont Apartment is located on the ground floor of a solidly built apartment building. Its location is unique: It sits directly on the Baltic Sea with a view of the harbour entrance to the Olpenitz Marina and is right next to the beach at the Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort.

With approximately 113 square metres of space, the Horizont Apartment offers plenty of room for 5 people. The large, south-facing living-dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the sailboats entering the Olpenitz Marina, provides the perfect panorama for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and cosy reading chair round out the stylish furnishings of this special apartment.

The built-in, high-quality kitchen ensures you can enjoy a view of the water even while cooking. This lovingly equipped kitchen is sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster.

Two large bedrooms with built-in closets, high-quality box-spring beds, a desk, and a smart TV offer the perfect night’s rest. The lovingly furnished single room is equipped with children’s toys, a closet, and child-friendly artwork.

Comfortable seating and two high-quality upholstered sun loungers await our guests on the large south-facing balcony.

The wellness bathroom is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

A washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes rack are available in the utility room.

A private, lockable shed for bicycles, SUPs, and similar items is located next to a private parking space directly in front of the house.

The Horizont apartment features a water treatment system and a ventilation system for our guests.

The entire house offers three apartments plus a penthouse—“Ebbe und Flut” (ground floor), “Horizont” (1st floor), “Brise” (2nd floor), and the “Himmel & Meer” penthouse. This makes it ideal for holidays with large families or groups, as each family or group can have its own apartment and private space. Yet everyone can still enjoy their holiday together. The building is located on the northern pier “Auf der Ostsee”—just a few metres from the sandy beach of Olpenitz Bay.

The “Horizont” apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort. Please note that construction activity may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We’d be happy to provide you with the exact current status. However, we do not have any information on when future work will be carried out.
