Excellent, will definitely go back!

We had such a brilliant stay, the cabin and location was even better than in the pictures! The host was exceptional, all queries answered quickly, he was so helpful and kind. He collected us from the airport and brought cold drinks with him that was a lovely surprise. He even stopped at the shop for us to pick up a few bits. He was very mindful and respected our privacy. We also loved the hosts attitude about nature and trying to be as sustainable as possible. We rented his car when we needed it and also rented the solar boat from him. We loved to explore the lake on the kayaks and the electric boat. The water was so nice and warm, but great to cool off in after a warm day. We enjoyed a bottle of wine down at the beach most evenings and loved the tranquility of the location. We could not fault one single thing and would recommend this place to anyone. The outstanding beauty of the location and the hosts phenomenal service have ensured that this is now our favourite place to be in Portugal. I can go on for hours, but it was an experience I will never forget and will always be thankful to the host for sharing his little bit of paradise with us! Thank you Jens!

There are now 60 palm trees here and next week 5 chickens are coming ;o) Warm greetings! --- Ihr beide wart sehr angenehme Gäste und es hat mir Spaß gemacht, mich um Euch zu kümmern. Tolle Unterkunft

Trotz des nicht ganz so schönen Wetters, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Ein traumhafter Ort zum relaxen und ein großes Lob an den perfekten Gastgeber. Vielen Dank Wolf!

Erholung, Freiheit und Natur pur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Blockhaus "irgendwo im Nirgendwo" sehr genossen. Ruhe, Ambiente, hoher Wohlfühlfaktor... es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man braucht...die Barbecueabende mit dem tollen Grill auf der überdachten Terrasse, die Spaziergänge am Fluss, den morgendlichen Kaffee am Strand und die Autofahrt dorthin haben besonderen Flair. Wolf ist für alles offen und ein toller Gastgeber. Die Betten waren bequem, das Blockhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Privatsphäre wird großgeschrieben, was uns super gefiel. Wir hatten auch viel Spaß mit den Besuchen von Bärbel, eine Seele von Hund. Wir können das allen empfehlen, die das Besondere, Ruhe und Natur suchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder ins Outback, Danke Wolf ;-)

En pleine nature. Idéal pour famille.

Une semaine de détente en pleine nature et à 1/2heure de la côte. Départ de rando autour du lac depuis le bungalow. Très bon accueil de l'hôte et ses deux chiens.je recommande.

Peaceful place with a caring host

Nice cabin, very friendly & helpful host. Lot's of privacy and a nice sand beach - great for swimming. Cabin could be reach via 5-10 min on dirt-road; but supermarket on 10-15 min drive. One remark - Child-room that is in pictures is not there anymore

Schön, dass es Euch bei mir gefallen hat. Ihr wart eine Woche hier und habt weder vorher noch während des Urlaubs ein speziell eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer gewünscht. Dieses biete ich als Option in der Beschreibung an und richte es her, wenn es gewünscht wird. Ihr habt anstelle des Kinderzimmers ausdrücklich das KingSize Bett in diesem Raum gewünscht. Eines von Beidem geht nur. Liebe Grüße
