Auf den Balkonen der Nachbarwohnungen waren Holzfliesen auf dem Boden, in der Wohnung Kugelfisch war der nackte Betonboden, der aussah als ob er seit Jahren nicht gereinigt wurde. Ein Sonnenschirm währe bei der Hitze, wie auch auf den Nachbarbalkonen schön gewesen, damit man auf dem Balkon hätte frühstücken . Insgesamt konnte man sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlen und schöne Tage verbringen.

Eine kleine feine Wohnung mit guter Lage auf der Insel Poel. Das einzige was uns nicht gefiel,war der Zugang zum Fahrradkeller.Mit einem E-Bike mehrere Stufen rauf und runter ist doch recht schwierig. Es gab vor dem Haus auch Fahrradständer, doch war uns dies nicht sicher genug.

Ärzte, Apotheke, Bäcker und div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Abwicklung bei der Abreise sehr freundlich und schnell. / Bei der Anreise stand uns ein Schlüsseltresor zur Verfügung, alles sehr problemlos da durch diese Möglichkeit kein Zeitdruck entstanden ist, unsere Anfahrt verschob sich um 3 Stunden wg. Sperrung der BAB.
