Place was as advertised, clean and in walking distance to alll the attractions of Ybor city. Neighborhood is in transition with old and newer houses but as a group of people we felt safe. We loved and would stay again if returning to Tampa.

Very nice property. I chose this property for proximity to Benchmark International Arena. My wife and a few others were attending a conference at the arena. I even found out that there is even a free trolley a short 5 minute walk from the house that will take you very close to the arena. Stop 8 or 9. Everything was well thought out to ensure comfort. The chickens were an added bonus to morning coffee. Thank you for a great stay!!!
