Böden dreckig überall Spinnenweben Heizung funktioniert nicht Sofa durchgesetzt Federn kommen raus Schlafzimmer Möbel sind alt Matratzen durchgelegen

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die Heizung wurde nach Ihrer Ankunft umgehend repariert. Das Sofa und die Matratzen (zuletzt im September 2018 erneuert) wurden überprüft und befinden sich weiterhin in gutem Zustand. Komfortempfinden kann diesbezüglich sehr subjektiv ausfallen, wir bitten um Verständnis. Ihre Hinweise zur Sauberkeit haben wir bereits an das Reinigungsteam weitergegeben. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback – es hilft uns, die Qualität unseres Angebots weiter zu verbessern.

Leider kein WLAN und vor der Terrasse hat Tagelang der Elektrokasten gepiebst. Ansonsten war es erholsam.
