This whole experience was great. The property was very clean and exactly as described. The hot tub and pool were perfect. The host was extremely great with communication. The most amazing part to me is how peaceful this building is. I've never stayed anywhere in a downtown setting where you can't hear the city, but this place pulls it off. All outdoor sound is completely blocked out.

Easy to find and convenient to the Great American Ballpark. We didn’t access the swimming pool, but really liked the rooftop view. Concierge was very pleasant and gave us exact instructions. Room was comfortable, quiet and was outfitted adequately. Elevators were fast and easy to use with a fail proof and safe method of operation. The one and only thing we were a little disappointed with was the parking. It is valet only and basement. It tends to be expensive especially when staying for 4 nights as we did. We had no issues at all, other than we than parking.

You could not ask for a better location! Place was perfect. The communication great was great. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was so close to the free hop on hop off trolly service that I didn’t even know existed in Cincinnati! You can’t pick a better place in my opinion! So close to the baseball stadium or football stadium. Never will I stay in a hotel again.

Fantastic location. The pool/hot tub/rooftop area was really great. It was very very clean. It felt like home after just a few hours. We plan to come back in the future.
