We are familiar with The Industry as we have stayed at this property before and always enjoy the walkable proximity to all that OTR offers as a community; as well as, the amenities available to the guests and residents of The Industry. The adjacent pay parking lot was also convenient. Great place to stay, thank you!

Great location for exploring Over the Rhine. Nice to have access to a full kitchen, coffee maker, laundry, fitness center and free WiFi. Parking was convenient and staff were quick to respond. Would stay again!
