There is a queen bed, king bed(blackout shades in this room), and a bunk bed in the bunk house. This is perfect for families or groups. Two bathrooms with showers add convenience, while a additional cozy seating room offers a double sofa bed for extra guests. Stay comfortable year-round with heating in all rooms and air conditioning on the main living level. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms for your comfort. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and utensils for your family's favorite meals. We have 3 kayaks for you to use at the lake. There is a foosball table in the garage to play as well as corn hole for the driveway. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this fabulous house provides a wonderful home base. Enjoy your time in Rexford at the Rock Lot.

Why they chose this property

We love that we have great neighbors. The vibe is kick back, be friendly and helpful. People sit on their porch and enjoy their view after a day on the lake or hiking on the nearby trails.

What makes this property unique

Our property was built in 2021 and we watched it be built from the rock foundation to how it is today. Built by the Stewarts, the location was a solid rock base. They had to use dynamite to break up the rock to level the ground to build. This is why we call it the "Rock Lot"
We love that it sits up high and has stunning mountain and tree views from the patio. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the marina. We love to go there to fish, have dinner at the Bowl Restaurant, listen to a summer concert or jump onto the trail head to the Kootenai forest.
