Of the 4 trips weā€™ve made to Sandestin, this has been by far the nicest, cleanest property. Great option for a family of 5, with 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 beds. You need to bring your own spices and paper goods, but everything else you need is there. We also enjoyed the nice, new golf cart, and watching the turtles in the pond in the backyard. Great stay! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this property. We have stayed in other properties in the same area and this was by far was the best one yet. The entire property was very clean and had lots of nice upgrades. The kitchen, hardwood floors, bedroom and bathrooms were all very nice. A great added feature was the separate air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom to ensure it stayed cool in the warm weather. The 6 seater golf cart was a great benefit, getting around to the beach and baytowne warf area! The location of the pool just down the street was awesome. Unfortunately we werenā€™t able to enjoy the porch behind the house by the lake due to all of the bugs, but it still had a nice view.

The home was well appointed, bright, and clean. We enjoyed sitting by the pond in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was clean and not overly crowded. My only suggestion is to have a drain screen in the kitchen sink. I was afraid a utensil would fall in the drain.
