Was a very warm day in Seattle, high in mid 80’s. The place was hot inside when got there around 4:30 pm. It was too hot to stay inside. Theirs only AC on master bedroom and living area. Master AC worked pretty good but living room AC did not cool down room until next morning (windows open so that helped cool down area overnight). The other two bedrooms did not have AC. Called host to get help and she lives in Calif so could not do anything. She got fed up with 3 calls and complaints (couple calls we could have been more courteous) so kicked us out, had to leave by next morning 10am. Reservation was for 4 nights. Refunded three nights, but all fees kept so ended up getting back little less than expected but that could be VRBO. Place would work fine if outside temperature in Seattle no warmer than 70’s, winter wouldn’t be a problem, be a nice place to stay if don’t need AC. We intentionally looked for listing with AC so listing seems deceptive. Might work on warmer days if AC turned on well before arrival in afternoon but host said that wasn’t possible. Hence the 3 star rating.
