A great venue for any Seattle stay. Single parking spot was a bit tight, but fine for our rental and the EV charging (NACS and J1772) was a huge perk! Very well appointed inside and amazing views off the roof patio. Was a non-issue for us, but there are a lot of stairs (four floors), so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. It was spotless inside and being a new build was much quieter vs. the previous houses we have rented in Seattle. There are a few larger roads on either side, but you would never know as it is super quiet inside (good windows). The kitchen had a generous offering of coffee / tea options with creamer. Also included butter / oils / spices / etc. Linens were high quality, with some lovely super soft throws in the main family room area. The hosts obviously went out of their way to make guests feel welcome in the lovely Seattle setting.Kiddos loved the foosball / board games / books. The hosts were super responsive with questions, as well as helping out immediately with a small issue (ran out of kitchen trash bags). We would definitely seek out the same spot for our next Seattle trip.
Safe neighborhood. Centrally located. Minutes to all things Seattle!! Abundant food options nearby
