Friesenhus - Ferienwohnung

Built in 1998 in the North German style, the Friesenhus is located in a quiet yet central area. The house consists of two apartments. The 52-square-meter holiday apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is available for rent year-round and has a separate entrance.

No matter the season, come on in and make yourself at home!

Check-in is around 3:00 p.m., and check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.



Holiday Apartment:

The holiday apartment has a separate entrance and, with a total of 54 square metres, offers plenty of space for 2 people. The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of 2008 and features a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

From the hallway, you enter directly into the living room. Here you’ll find a high-quality desk, comfortable armchairs, a sofa, and a coffee table—perfect for a relaxing evening.

Both the terrace and the kitchen are accessible from the living room. The terrace, surrounded by greenery, is furnished with outdoor furniture in the summer and is the perfect spot for sunbathing.

Right next to the living room is the dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, stove, and dishwasher. Of course, plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc., are provided.

The toilet and shower are accessible directly from the hallway and are in excellent, spotless condition.

The bedroom has also been tastefully furnished. It features a wardrobe, nightstands with reading lamps, and a large double bed for a restful night’s sleep.
 
A linens package, consisting of bed linens and towels, is already included in the price, so you don’t need to bring your own.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
