The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible.

In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sitting area where you can relax after your excursions in and around Kühlungsborn.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features a large closet.

The bedroom also provides direct access to the apartment’s west-facing terrace.

Integrated into the living area is the kitchenette, which is equipped for preparing light meals and features a dishwasher.

In addition to a mini hi-fi system, the technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed for a fee from October through June.

The parking spaces for the house are located behind the entire complex. Please drive all the way along the complex.
Parking space No. 2 is assigned to your apartment.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a gap of at least 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 5 nights.

Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
