We had a really nice stay overall. The property itself was lovely- comfortable, clean, and well-suited for a family trip. The proximity to Baytowne was a huge plus, and having easy access to the pool made things especially convenient with kids.That said, the check-in and communication process could use improvement. Instructions were incomplete and came in pieces, and a key step was missing (QR code from resort). We were told the property address would be provided 24 hours in advance, but I had to reach out to get it. Once we arrived, we ended up figuring out the check-in process on our own. The pool code was also not provided and had to be tracked down.Similarly, we never received check-out instructions and had to ask for those as well.With clearer, more organized communication, this would easily be a 5-star experience. The property itself is great- it’s just the logistics that need tightening up.
