Located on the 3rd floor of Observation Point North, this condo is a one bedroom unit with an attached, lock-out studio containing two more beds and an extra bath.

The main unit has a large Master bedroom with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony. The Master has a king bed, as well as an en-suite outfitted with a separate shower and tub. The studio connects to the main unit by a door located in the living room. It has two queen beds, a private bath and a kitchenette with mini refrigerator. Further, the 3rd floor balcony provides a great vantage point for the weekly firework displays that are shot off just over the Baytowne Wharf bay.

Also located on the 3rd floor is a private, heated swimming pool with a hot tub, shallow child's pool, public grilling area, and gym. All of this comes complimentary to your stay!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please remove all trash.

Leave all wet linens hanging and do not strip the beds.

Check the unit for any personal items.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not unplug anything from televisions for your personal gaming systems. If a repairman has to be called to fix this issue you will be billed.

Black wash cloths are provided for washing off of makeup. Guests will be charged for any washcloths that are ruined by mascara or makeup.

Supplies are left in condo in case a light bulb goes out or batteries need replacing. Please be courteous and contact owner if something breaks.

Great location, could listen to the music right outside the balcony.. yet is quiet after 9:00pm so can sleep, near a gorgeous outdoor pool too, she provided chairs, pool noodles etc… but bring your own beach towels! There’s plenty of room for 2 families to share condo if needed, the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked to make cooking easy, very nice decor too! Gina was super nice and quick response for renting and checking in! Will highly recommend for renting here again!PS Bring your own sleeping pillows… not soft or comfortable, but king bed very comfortable!

Wonderful condo in a great location. Always something to do in the wharf area and beyond, the pool area is relaxing and close to the beach! Very clean and Gina was very informative and eager to help when needed.

Excellent and fun stay

Property was excellent; Gina was responsive and friendly and our stay was wonderful- pool access is on the same level, and we LOVED sitting on the porch and watching the village below. We could not have been closer to restaurants, stores, etc., and it was perfect.

Looked and smelled clean when we walked in! Great location to everything! Loved hanging out on the large balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at the end of the night. Beds and pillows were amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic property

This property was perfect. Great location for all of the activities the property offers but most importantly, communication with Gina was the best I’ve had with any VRBO owner. Will definitely look into coming back and staying at this property.

We love this property due to the proximity to restaurants and what Baytowne Wharf has to offer (i.e. entertainment, fireworks, etc) and Gina is uber responsive! Will definitely be back again!
