Cosy Apartment Bergpanorama with Balcony, Mountain View & Wi-FI

This completely newly renovated top floor holiday apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with spectacular views of the entire Wetterstein, Alpspitz and Kramer massif. The apartment was only completed in February 2020 after extensive renovation work. It consists of a living room with a stylish corner pull-out couch, a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. Furthermore, a balcony facing the afternoon sun until sunset invites you to enjoy a cosy dinner. The apartment is located in a very tranquil area at the entrance to Garmisch below the "Kramer" and "Königstand" with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. Shops, restaurants and other stores are located in the centre of Garmisch, which is 1.2 km away (14-minute walk). The Eibsee cable car is also only 11.1 km or a 20-minute drive away.



Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Für Urlaub mit Hund (und nicht im Hochsommer) absolut perfekt!

Pros: Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wäsche hat frisch geduftet und der Blick war das komplette Bergpanorama bis zur Zugspitze! Fantastisch! Die Badewanne super gemütlich und auch ein kleiner Balkon, mit genug Platz für zwei plus Hund. Cons: Im Sommer wird es wahrscheinlich heftig warm dort. War für uns egal, wir waren Ostern da.

Die Agentur erwähnte nichts von einer Gebühr für die Hunde. Vor Ort mussten wir diese dann aber bezahlen. Das ist sehr schlecht von FEWO gelaufen

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles top. Die Lage ist zum wandern und in den Ort Garmisch ideal gelegen.

Ruhe mit Traumausblick

Ich bin auch ohne Auto gut zurecht gekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man hat alles, sogar Radio im wunderschönen geräumigen Bad. Von der Couch aus habe ich ausgiebig das Bergpanorama genossen. Die Unterhaltungstechnik ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Man kann hervorragend einfach nur abhängen, auch auf dem kleinen Balkon. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage.

Wohlfühl-Urlaub mit sensationellem Panoramablick

Pros: Hochwertiger Ausbau und liebevolle Einrichtung der Dachgeschosswohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Wohnung insgesamt haben keinerlei Anlass zu einer Beanstandung gegeben. Sensationelle Aussicht vom Sofa auf das Alpspitz, die Zugspitze…. Ruhige Lage und sehr freundliche sowie unkomplizierte Vermieter.
