Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all Perishable Items. Wash and put away all used dishes. Please be sure to dispose of all pet waste and to wash the pet blanket if used.
In summer monthsn please turn the thermostat to 73 degrees. Additional fee will be imposed if house is found in unsatisfactory condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
—Dogs are permitted on the bed and furniture only if the pet blanket is used. The blanket can be found in the cabinet under the TV
—Please ensure the blanket is washed and replaced in the cabinet before departure and that all pet waste is picked up from the yard
—This is a kind request, not a strict rule: Please wash dishes the way you would at home before checkout. It helps keep things pleasant for next guest
