Let’s say this first, this place is nothing special. You get what you pay for in Hell’s Kitchen. If you’re looking for a spotless apartment that has all amenities you could need, this place is not for you. If you’re wanting to save some money and stay in motel-6 like VRBO, I would consider this place. The oven does not work, the hallways smell very bad, hot water take 5 minutes to come out of the shower, the bathtub has a permanent rust ring around it, tiles are coming up in the bathroom. Like I said, it’s not perfect, but if you’re looking to have an amazing location in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and don’t mind a bit of a funky apartment, I’d say go for it.
