Private: well-kept garden 40 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Breakfast and half board possible on request (extra). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 800 m, grocery, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 800 m, café, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Finnentrop" 9 km, indoor swimming pool, bathing lake "Biggesee" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m, tennis 1 km, riding stable 50 m, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Attahöhle 8 km, Karl-May-Festspiele 10 km, Sankt-Sebastianus-Kapelle. Please note: car recommended. Riding lessons (school horses / ponies) and / or guest boxes can be reserved for your own horses (extra) in a 50m far riding stable. Fantastische vakantiewo ing

Luxe, weelde, prachtige woning, twee ruime badkamers, 1 super grote slaapkamer en twee mooie andere slaapkamers, zeer goede bedden, deze woning heeft alles om een luxe vakantie te hebben, zeker een aanrader! Misschien één kleine tip: een iets grotere koelkast. C., de eigenares is een zeer vriendelijke dame en steeds bereikbaar, wij hebben een zeer fijne vakantie gehad!!! Ook super proper en verzorgd, ook hiervoor bedankt C.!!!

Großzügiges Haus

Sehr schöne Unterkunft entsprechend der Beschreibung. Für 4 Erwachsene und Hund ist die Wohnfläche großzügig bemessen. Wichtig waren für uns die 2 getrennten Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung hat reibungslos geklappt. Haben uns dort in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns dort mit 3 Familien inclusive einem Baby und zwei Hunden getroffen und hatten 6 sehr schöne Tage. Direkt hinter dem Haus konnte man Spaziergänge und Wanderungen starten. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was nötig war und die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Betten und Matratzen sind gut und die Schlafzimmer, da in der oberen Etage, ruhig.

Huis voor een gezin met drie pubers en 1 hond uitstekend. Op loopafstand helaas geen voorzieningen voor pubers die iets te doen willen hebben . Ouders met hond hebben elke dag heerlijk kunnen wandelen

Erholsamer ruhiger Urlaub

Haus ist insgesamt in sehr gutem Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. Hinter dem Haus direkter Zugang in Natur. Umgebung ruhig, konnten uns gut erholen. Leider keine Blumenbepflanzung auf Balkon, was den optischen Eindruck beim Verweilen etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert.

Haus am Pferdereitstall

Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und kleine Mängel gibt es immer. Der Kühlschrank ist für sechs Personen zu klein. Reinigungstücher und Spülmittel nicht vorhanden. Sowie das Haus steht Direkt neben dem Reitstall und Def Geruch war ab und an im Haus.

Wir sind aus Köln für ein paar Tage ins Sauerland gefahren. Die Wohnung hat uns in der Anzeige gut gefallen und übertraf dann in echt noch mal unsere Erwartungen. Es hat nichts Wesentliches gefehlt, man konnte direkt von der Haustür aus loswandern. Unsere Tochter hat sich in den Hofhund und ein Pferd aus dem Stall verliebt und wollte gar nicht mehr abreisen. Aber wenn das das einzige Problem ist, zeigt das schon, dass alles mehr als okay war.

Geräumiges, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten und direktem Zugang zu Wanderwegen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Winzige Anmerkung: 2 Nachttischlampen benötigen ein neues Leuchtmittel. Wuerden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Großes Ferienhaus, schön aufgeteilt, gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, sieht man von ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie nicht funktionierender Jalousie/ Fernseher in 1 Zimmer und schleifenden Türen ab.

Sicherheit und Alltagsmaengel

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren. Leider war unser Kurzurlaub mit Mängeln behaftet. Die Wände im Esszimmer abgenutzt, die Rollaeden im Essbereich nicht funktionale. Das TV Gerät im 3 Schlafzimmer dekonektiert. Nicht funktionsfähig. Ein Klebefliegenband im Wohnzimmer mit Fliegen voll. Der Keller zur Garage nicht abschließbar. Auf telef. RÜCKFRAGE... wurde erklärt jemand haette den Schlüssel mitgenommen. Es fehlte an Infos ueber Essensmoegluchkeiten im Raum Helden bzw ein Hinweis auf Reservierung.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage im Urlaubsgebiet. Ideal für PferdefreundInnen, da das Haus direkt oberhalb eines großes Reitplatzes und einer Reithalle liegt (daher leider kein freier Blick ins Grüne). Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieter, die einer kleinen Bitte sofort nachkam. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Ein wunderbares Zuhause auf Zeit

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus, die Terrasse und der Garten. Dazu noch ein direkter Zugang vom Garten zu einem schönen Spazierweg, der einen in nur 15 Minuten zu einem tollen Matschspielplatz führt. Der benachbarte Reitstall ist auch für die Kinder ein tolles Erlebnis gewesen.
