In the district of Helden, on the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, 10.4 km from the centre of Attendorn, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 9.5 km from the lake. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 700 m, grocery 870 m, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 700 m, café 1.2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Finnentrop" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, bathing lake "Biggesee" 9.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 600 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Attahöhle 8 km, Karl-May-Festspiele 10 km, Sankt-Sebastianus-Kapelle. Please note: car recommended. Riding lessons (school horses / ponies) and / or guest boxes can be reserved for your own horses (extra) in a 50m far riding stable. The use of the indoor pool and wellness area as well as breakfast and half board are in the «Romantikhotel Platte» 100m away possible for a fee. Very close to the house, the 18-hole course at the Repetal golf club (extra) with 95 ha makes a challenge for all HCP classes.

Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung, großzügig, gut ausgestattet, toller Balkon, super vor allem zwei ausgezeichnete Doppel-Betten in unterschiedlichen Zimmern, vollständige Ausstattung der Küche mit Gerätschaften. Einziger Mangel: eine fehlende Gästemappe mit Infos zur Mülltrennung, zur Bedienung der Elektrogeräte, zu Notfall-Adressen.

Erg fijn. Mooie rustige omgeving. Alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig. Het enige waar naar gekeken zou moeten worden is de stofzuiger. De buis past niet goed waardoor het zeer lastig wordt te stofzuigen.

Ruhig in wunderschöner Landschaft

Es war so wie beschrieben: Ruhige Lage in schöner Landschaft, relativ nah beim Biggesee. Die Wohnung war großzügig eingerichtet und wir haben uns alle 4 sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und lädt zum Spazieren gehen ein. Man ist schnell mit dem Hund draußen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag bzw Wunsch wäre eine kleine Grundausstattung mit Seife, Spüli und WC Papier, so das man nicht direkt einkaufen müsste. Alles in allem eine perfekte Auszeit

Zufriedenheit mit der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Helle Räume und vor allem die schöne, große Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Eine ruhige und gepflegte Wohngegend. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Mooie woning

De woning was goed uitgerust. Misschien nog handig om ovenwanten te voorzien. We heen de verhuurders niet gezien, enkel telefonisch contact gehad onderweg over de sleutel. We hebben de afval gesorteerd naar onze bedenkingen, gezien er geen handleiding was. Toch handig als er een boek met wat uitleg zou geweest zijn. Geen klachten. Enkel suggesties. Goede bedden.

Leider liegt die Wohnung in einem Neubaugebiet und nebenan wird gerade wieder ein neues Haus gebaut. Lärm vorprogammiert. Straße und Hausnummer waren noch nicht angebracht.

Gemütliche, neue Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Sauber war die auch. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Betten waren sehr weich. Aber auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
