Insgesamt gute Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.Zunächst mal zum Positiven:- Ausführliche, freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation von den Vermietern- Ruhiges Grundstück mit Bäumen und Rasen (uns hat's gefallen, entgegen einer anderen Bewertung fanden wir es nicht zugewachsen - Geräumiges Haus, schön heller und großer Wohnbereich, zu viert war es wirklich groß- Gute Ausstattung, eigentlich war alles daAber ein paar Punkte müsste man schon verbessern:- Wir haben keine Müslischüsseln gefunden- Das Bettzeug und die Laken waren teilweise befleckt (zB ein Blutfleck auf einem Topper)- Türklinken der beiden Räume im OG waren lose und sind uns dann auf den Boden gefallen, was nachts eine ziemlichen Schrecken für alle verursacht.- Es war bei unserer Ankunft quasi kein Toilettenpapier da, das muss auch nicht sein.Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine schöne, kurze Woche in dem Haus und diese Punkte haben uns nicht so sehr gestört. Wir würden das Haus auch nochmal buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Småland fahren sollten.

Hej Benjamin, vielen lieben Dank für die Bewertung. Wir sind immer dankbar für solche Hinweise, da wir nur so uns verbessern können;) Durch den Hinweis haben wir z. B. Müslischüsseln im Sortiment mit aufgenommen, den Topper ausgetauscht und die losen Klinken fest montiert. Toilettenpapier habe ich immer noch Extrarollen in den Schränken hingelegt;) Habt eine schöne Zeit. Liebe Grüße Katrin

Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet - auch im Garten - ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen.Die Lage ist ruhig und viele Ausflugsziele sind von hier aus gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre in Schweden

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem grünen, schattigen und familienfreundlichen Garten. Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, hell und mit aktuellen Möbeln und neuer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Ruhige, ortsnahe Lage und gute Anbindung zu den Attraktionen Smalands.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Das Grundstück zum Haus ist völlig verwahrlost. Der Zugang musste man für das Auto erst frei schneiden, da er zugewachsen war. Er war kein Rasen gemäht, Brennnesseln überall, die sogenannte Sitzecke total verdreckt und vermoost. Eine kaputte Holzstiege zur Terrassentür, das Geländer am Balkon-Lebensgefahr! Für 6 Personen inseriert, aber kein richtiges Bad, Abflüsse verstopft, Staubsauger verstopft vom Schmutz. Nur die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren gut. Dort muss gründlich etwas getan werden!!!

Wir sind über diese Bewertung sehr enttäuscht und können diese auch nicht nachvollziehen, da der Mieter während des Aufenthaltes und auch danach nicht direkt auf uns zugekommen ist. Wenn ein Abfluss oder ein Staubsauger "verstopft" ist, hätten wir auf alle Fälle eine Info erwartet, um Abhilfe leisten zu können. Da wir nicht vor Ort sind, haben wir uns direkt nach Eingang der Bewertung Bilder zukommen lassen. Auf den Bildern macht das Grundstück einen gepflegten Eindruck. Weder die vielen Mieter vor noch nach diesem Aufenthalt haben Probleme mit der Grundstückspflege gehabt. Das Haus hat außer dem Wannenbad im OG auch eine Duschgelegenheit im Souterain. Das Geländer ist optisch nicht schön aber nicht lebensgefährlich und wird in diesem Herbst überarbeitet.

Dorfrandlage mit urigem Garten

Das Haus liegt am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung und bietet grundsätzlich alles, was man zur Unterbringung von bis zu 6 Personen braucht. Es ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch mal Hand angelegt werden, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles war sauber, die Ausstattung komplett und sogar die Küchenmesser waren scharf. Besonders angenehm an heißen Tagen war das Schlafzimmer im Keller. Hier musste man zwar immer gut lüften, da der Keller etwas feucht war aber wir haben auch bei über 30°C gut geschlafen. Der Garten war voller alter Bäume, die angenehm Schatten spendeten und nahezu ideal für Gäste mit Kindern und Hunden. Lediglich ein zweites Tor zur Straße hat gefehlt. Sonst hätte man den Hund frei auf dem Grundstück laufen lassen können. Zusammengefasst: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus allen empfehlen, die keine Luxusvilla in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit erwarten.
