It is an amazing place in Miami Springs. Already planning out next trip. And will definitely stay here again. Found absolutely not problems with the house. And the AC was kicking. Dog park less than a half block away. Beautiful tree covered nabor hoods. awesome backyard beautiful kid friendly pool. And covered back porches.

We had the most incredible stay at this property! The house itself was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need.The host was incredibly responsive and check-in was a breeze. We are already trying to figure out when we can book this place again! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!! Stayed 3 days with family and pets and it was great. The property has everything you need (cooking utensils/pots) and such variety of pantry items in case you forget something. Check in/out instructions are easy to follow and honestly for us was a pleasure to take care of the property. Pet friendly property and neighborhood, down the street we found a walking path and bags. Safe and quite residential neighborhood, just a minute drive you find plenty of restaurants and the house is centrally located. Having our morning coffee listening to all the birds was super relaxing. Host is WONDERFUL!!!

We stayed as a family of four for 5 nights for my sister's high school graduation nearby. The kids spent every free moment in the pool and loved it and I am grateful there was a safety fence around the pool. We were able to have family over and cook dinner for everyone. The pantry was well stocked so we didn't need to buy cooking essentials like oils, salt, pepper, etc. and there were plenty of other seasonings and ingredients. The double shower heads made bathing kids super easy. We felt like home and had no issues to bother the host with. I definitely recommend staying here. My only caution is the tiled patio floor was slippery when wet, but there were a million towels so we just made sure the kids stepped carefully after getting out of the pool.

The common area of the home was very nice. The máster bed room had a nice bathroom and spacious shower. The middle room was good as well as the third bedroom. The biggest issue was the second bathroom. It is in horrible condition. The shower was full of mildew to the point that it was unbelivable. Thank goodness we were only there for a short period of time and had another bathroom we can use. The shower door was broken. One of the doors was hanging by a thread. If you touched it would sway back and further. The bathroom door knob was broken as well as the toilet seat. Also, one more thing. There is a hole in the drive which my father stepped in. Hopefully all these things are addressed. Like I said the house was good but the things I mentioned were disappointing.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und guter Lage Miami und Umgebung zu entdecken. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit von der Stadt. Schöner Pool und tolle Terrasse.
